Cable and Gauge (a division of HMS Productions, Inc.) will accept return of any item that was purchased on cableandgauge.com, for any reason, within 30 days after we have shipped it to you. Returns that are received after the 30 day period are subject to approval and a 15% restocking fee. To obtain approval on returns more than 30 days from shipment, email our Customer Service Department at customer_service@cableandgauge.com
All returns must include a copy of your invoice and should be sent to:

As soon as we receive your return, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (please allow approximately two weeks to process the refund). Again, please make certain that a copy of your invoice is enclosed in the box so that we will have the necessary information in order to identify you and issue you your refund.
